The Answer Man

I don't have all the answers. Heck, some days I struggle to find an answer...but I'm always looking.

Plenty of sources shine as material for aggregators. Here's a link to comments from newly minted Hall of Famer CoachGeorgeRaveling.com, what keeps coaches awake at night. Coach Raveling always shares pithy insights and a plethora of inspiring books.

Choose a few with meaning to you. Remember, with no disrespect to Coach Raveling, science has proven that BULLET POINTS kill information transfer.

The success of every team ultimately depends on the growth mindset, attitude, work ethic, and commit of each individual.

When we have the proper perspective and focus on schoolwork, the basketball process will take care of itself.
Only when players care about their teammates as individuals can the best process produce desired results.
Don't let 140 characters eliminate your opportunity or destroy your future.
Talent will never overcome poor character and intent. Lack of leadership plus negative influences guarantees poor quality. You need no metrics to solve that problem.
