SLOBs into Offense and Scoring Chances

I enjoy drawing up 'concept' plays and with our practices starting next week, it's good to think about some actions that players can execute. These aren't what I'd call top shelf SLOBs, but results depend primarily on execution more than design.

Always emphasize the importance of 1) getting the ball in safely and 2) starting the play upon the inbounder gets the ball.

This simply informs the "horns" set.

This develops a 2-3 set.

Downscreens into "screen the screener" action. This is great to get isolation for a player but requires good timing and enough patience.

Screen-the-screener into back screen/basket cut.
