I'll probably never meet @KevinEastman, but that doesn't mean he can't mentor me. 

Kevin Eastman reads two hours a day. That means each quarter he adds more than 180 hours of knowledge to his base. 

"Get past hard." If everything were easy, everyone would win.

 The best path to exceptional is modelling excellence daily. 

Our key tasks as coaches and leaders are adding value and getting "buy-in". Show them that you won't be outworked.  

Kevin says that we must "tell the truth, hear the truth, and take the truth." That's much like in Jim Collins' Good to Great where he illustrates that we must confront the 'brutal reality' of our situation to excel in business.
