Jacksonian Concepts



The most basic of introductions to the (Sideline) Triangle offense: 

"If you've got that ball in your hands longer than two seconds, you're holding up your team."

"They fill up the court in a certain manner...to attack." 

"Lag pass keys this action."

"Spacing...means players have to run 15-18 foot distance..."
