Give players and assistants opportunities to lead. Ask players to prepare a brief topic (with help) and have assistants 'run' part of practice.

Curiosity helps us find solutions.

  • Curiosity demands we be open to the world around us.
  • Who can we ask for advice or help? 
  • What's the research on this? 
  • How can we clarify and simplify?  

Who are the best leaders you know? Why? How do they lead? 

What are your leadership strengths? 

Where are your leadership gaps? 

  • Be positive. 
  • Work on communication.
  • Look for opportunities to grow leaders. 
  • Be curious.
