Watching high school games, I see a lot of players doing things they don't do well and not doing what they do a lot - and need to do well (defend).
Have more success performing key actions well in a defined role to make the players around you better and impact winning.
The same goes for your everyday life. Teachers know their subject. Primary care docs don't do complex surgery. Administrators need high level understanding of their roles as managers. Know who you are.
