Extract information from multiple sources as possible. I've shared Michael Useem's questions from "The Leadership Moment."
What went well? Preserve it.
What went poorly? Diagnose it.
What can we do better? Change it.
What are the enduring lessons? Teach them.
Continual evaluation (we don't see everything) helps us to recalibrate our assessment.

Finding Answers
- Time - players evolve
- Volume of data - sample size
- Objective measures - "rationality"
- Avoiding confirmation bias - "everyone says so"
- Avoid emotional hijacking - "liking influences judgment"

- Changing conditions
- Internal differences of opinion
As players and coaches, find positive ways to align "to" and "for."
