Basketball - Physicality, Develop Functional Strength

Train the 'four legs' of the basketball stool - skill, strategy, physicality, and psychology (resilience). 

Every great player is an exceptional athlete. "Average" players can improve with better athleticism. Yes, some athleticism is genetic but a lot is acquired.

Here's another dumbbell workout for the whole body. Functional strength ensues. 

  • Goblet squats
  • Underhand rows
  • Snatches
  • Split squats
  • Renegade rows
You can do these! Adjust the weight if you want a bigger challenge.
